Orders placed on k-publisher.co.uk are delivered within Malaysia: to West Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak. We do not currently ship direct orders overseas.

Delivery fee RM15

Outside Malaysia

The delivery fee is added to the price of the book at checkout, and you choose your delivery area on the book page before paying. Prices are in Malaysian ringgit (MYR). Payment is by online banking (FPX), Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, Visa or Mastercard through HitPay.

Tracking and late parcels

If your parcel has not arrived, email [email protected] or call +6010-276 0878 with your order number and we will trace it.

Damaged, wrong or incomplete parcels

Please report the problem within 7 days of receiving your order, with your order number and clear photographs. Our returns and refunds policy explains what happens next.

International purchases

International availability is being expanded. Overseas customers may purchase through authorised third-party marketplaces where available, or contact us for assistance. Purchases made through third-party marketplaces are covered by that marketplace's own shipping and return terms.

How much is delivery?

RM8 to West Malaysia and RM15 to Sabah and Sarawak. The delivery area is chosen on the book page before payment and is added to the book price.
